Highline NewsHighline Products Acquires AMI Pole Top Extension Product LineAPRIL 22, 2005 – Highline Products, headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts, today announced the acquisition of the pole top extension product line of Advanced Materials Inc. ("AMI") of East Lyme CT. Highline has assumed all the manufacturing, marketing and sales responsibility for the AMI product line, as well as the ownership of all designs and intangible assets related to the product line. According to Paul Tannenbaum, President of Highline Products, the acquisition will extend Highline's market coverage for this product line. It also allows the company to expand its product offering to many of its existing customers and opens relationships with customers that AMI has successfully served for years. Highline is now the leading supplier of round fiberglass pole top extensions ranging in size from 36" to 120". He also stated that, "Highline and the AMI product line are easily integrated and that a smooth transition of customers from the AMI to the Highline pole top extension is expected."
